Orders placed on IVANUE can be delivered any day of the week. Shipping costs vary based on the service chosen, shipping address and where the items are being shipped from. Express shipping is available to most destinations, while standard delivery and same-day shipping are only available in select countries. All shipping options available for your order and destination will be visible at checkout.
If you place an order from the locations listed below and exceed the indicated threshold, you can take advantage of free standard shipping.

Express Shipping to most European countries and USA: delivery within 2-4 days. Rest of the world: delivery within 3-7 days.
Shipping times are purely indicative and are calculated from the moment the order is sent. IVANUE does not assume responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or failed payments, but undertakes to reduce them to a minimum.
Depending on the country or destination address, our orders can be delivered by different couriers such as SDA, BRT, DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT

The cost of your order includes taxes and duties (VAT, etc.), so you will not need to make any additional payments upon delivery to the following locations:
European Union (excluding Canary Islands), United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Mainland China, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, Singapore, Republic of Korea, Kuwait, Mexico, Qatar, India, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan Region, Thailand, UAE, Japan, Brazil, Isle of Man, San Marino, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Egypt, Lebanon, Hong Kong SAR, Bahrain and Turkey.
If you select a DAP (Delivery At Place) destination, i.e. outside the countries listed above, the price to be paid to IVANUE will not take into account import duties or sales taxes. As the recipient of the order, you will be responsible for paying these taxes directly to our carrier to clear the order from customs. As we are unable to calculate the exact amount, please contact your local customs office/corresponding tax authority for more information before placing a DAP order. In the event that an order is seized or abandoned due to certain circumstances, neither IVANUE nor the Partners will be able to recover it and you will not be able to receive a refund for the purchase. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- Failure to provide the required customs documents: the order is seized and cannot be recovered because the customer, upon request, has not provided the necessary customs documents or has not done so within a reasonable time;
- Refusal to pay customs duties: the order is seized and cannot be recovered because the customer does not intend to pay the applicable customs duties;
- the impossibility of reaching the customer: the order is seized and cannot be recovered because the delivery attempts were unsuccessful and the customer is unreachable.

Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email with all the details. Our Partner brands and boutiques have 2 business days to process your order. After it has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days, depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is shipped and are purely indicative. We always try to deliver orders within the indicated times, but sometimes delays may occur due to customs clearance operations or failed payments.
If you purchased items from multiple locations, you may receive more than one package.

Changed your mind? No problem, some of our Partners allow you to cancel an order for an item before it is prepared for shipment.
Here's how to cancel an order:
- Contact us via the following link CONTACTS
- Using the contact form, indicate your wish to cancel the order followed by the order number(s) placed.
- One of our staff will check that the order has not yet been shipped and then give you confirmation of cancellation.
- After cancellation we will proceed with the full refund including shipping costs (if applicable) via the same method chosen during the purchase procedure.
If your order has already been prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled. However, a free return service is available. For more information on how to cancel and return an order, visit the "Returns and Refunds" section .
If you cancel an order, you will receive a refund within 14 days, depending on your payment provider.
